Declare Yourself.

If you call yourself an artist, you must create things. An entrepreneur, start a business. A chef, cook something. A gamer, play games. 

You have to understand that the person you declare yourself to be is the person you are. And if you can't do your duty and live up to your declaration, you must declare yourself to be something else.

You either move yourself towards your declaration or move your declaration closer to yourself. One is obviously easier than the other.
