Ignore Everybody and Watch Cartoons

I came across a book with a fantastic title: Ignore Everybody. I've only finished the first chapter so far, but Hugh Macleod's story is so remarkable in an unremarkable way that I had to share it--or keep it for myself--here on this blog. He had ambition, drive, crazy ideas, commercial edge, and not until he finally broke free from his trying-to-be-productive thoughts did he unleash his creativity. He now makes his living drawing cartoons on the back of business cards. I just subscribed to his Cartoon of the day. If you like, you can too.
